Sounds like and reads like a script! Very legal and plenty of wiggle room. What does direct knowledge mean? A letter from the SEC or a phone call or does the SEC person have to be standing right in front of him? So my question is does he have "indirect" knowledge?

Besides do you think the SEC is going to tell them they are investigating?
