In 2004 PTSC put out a PR saying how pleased they were to now be listed on the German stock exchange.
A few months later they put out a PR saying how they have demanded to be immediately delisted because of concerns about short-trading.
10 years later they still trade in Germany.
Cliff says it was before his time, which is true.
BUT IT WASN'T BEFORE GLORIA FELCYN'S TIME (2002), SO WHY DIDN'T HE ASK HER? If she doesn't want to tell him what she knows then as a Board Member she would be failing in her duty, would she not? Isn't the same true if Flowers fails to ask? Did Carlton Johnson, employee of Swartz, intervene?
If a public company puts out a PR saying it will take a specific action, one which relates to its concerns about stock price manipulation, but fails to follow through, are not the Board of Directors, at tha time and subsequently, remisss in their duties to shareholders?
