So in a nutshell, March 16 of 2004 Wallin (CEO) proclaims the benefits of the Berlin listing, 5 months later Giffhorn (CFO) decries it and demands it be delisted and nearly 10 years later it still trades.

The subject Swartz warrant "lock up" would have been unlocked around March 20, 2004 - just days after the float of PTSC shares (as PQE) in Germany. Coincidence? Maybe BaFin will find out the answer.
