mikes not wanting to reprint anything that he has been warned might be illegal, but I can understand Ron's point that he (mikes) has already posted the content of the email--which should also be illegal--so why worry about the case # at this point. I do hope that there is an investigation on-going and that it will spill over to our own SEC.
