Those same folks didn't buy when we last visited 5 cents, and besides, they don't need to buy.

They can issue themselves Options at these prices, or the compensation committee can vote to REprice the Options they already hold to reflect this now lower price than their current 10 & 12 cent 10 year lasting Options exercise prices.

I doubt anyone on the BOD is adding, let alone adding significantly.
