People are always "suggesting" what will happen with the share price in any given upcoming scenario. I certainly don't know one way or the other, and perception can surely equate to reality in these situations. However, an SEC investigation, while admittedly not great news on the surface, isn't necessarily a bad thing in the long run.
Sometimes, these things work out as having been a means of "clearing the house of all the rats". Only time will tell, but it isn't unreasonable to conclude that PTSC does have some "rats", and, at this juncture, I welcome anything that might aid a "cleanup". If we had been in a significant stock price uptrend in the recent past, I might feel differently --- but now, being only about a nickel above oblivion, and with things pretty much in a multi-conundrum anyway, it is difficult to see much additional harm being done.
