Unfortunately, the likelihood is that this kind of action will continue to at least some extent, because PTSC isn't giving anyone a reason to hold, much less buy. If PTSC itself cannot show exisiting shareholders and potential investors why its stock is either a good value, or at least a good risk, they will look for those opportunities elsewhere --- this should not be surprising, since it is a basic principle of investing.
