Could some of the legal battles we are in cause this kind of SHM?

Unlikely. PTSC has been involved in "legal battles" for a number of years now, and that hasn't prevented "live" sharholder meetings. The Company will always be limited in what it chooses to specifically say in detail about existing litigation, but that would seem to have little to do with which format is used for the shareholder meeting. Otherwise, public companies, many of which are continuously involved in litigation of one kind or another, would routinely hold "virtual" meetings.

IMO, under our current circumstances, PTSC should show some guts to its long-suffering shareholders by having the meeting "live". Also, there would be no reason the meeting could not be webcast simultaneously if a "virtual" component is deemed desirable.
