Wasn't there a stay in proceedings which can now be lifted due to the ITC making it's decision? If so, might there be any action going forward while awaiting the BK hearing that was delayed to March? Are there any significant dates coming up regarding proceedings of the Federal court case?

Please excuse me if this has already been discussed...I've been out of the loop but still hanging in.
