Right they had their own little party going on and now they have been found out! So the sharks are moving into position... They does not mean the BOD per say... It means those who are controlling the BOD ( and perhaps DL ).

Besides the sharks there is also court participation now. More legal hoops to jump through, but not a problem (?) as proven by today's ITC news.
