Very good question?

"Wireless" in our ITC-case must mean something different. IMO, otherwise it really makes absolutely now sense to win an "infrigement" in NODC-case including with HTC and we loose the ITC case with HTC, too.

IMO, it depends on the products and the within used chips and technology.
