No, I'm not dismissing those scenarios, but frankly, I don't know how to gauge them at the moment because of the dearth of available information. It would be great if the Leckrones are booted, of course, but the subsequent success of the licensing program would depend upon the effectiveness of their replacements and any new terms as arranged with PTSC.

In other words, we certainly can't do any worse than being afflicted with the Leckrones, but whether we can do significantly better remains, at least for me, an open question. Having said that, if it was to be announced that Jim Otteson is taking over licensing efforts, and the terms are rock-solid-fair as to PTSC, I'd surely think that would be advantageous to us.
