is that the jury's verdict was upheld against HTC. IMHO, HTC will not try to fight this any longer. Seems as that they would be throwing money away that they can't afford to throw. Both a jury and a judge have issued their verdict. I would certainly guess that the ITC has this filing in their hands by now.
