Yes exactly. Also consider the cost of the litigation. How much is one willing to spend to collect that amount you are asking about? Say you hope to win a settlement of 500 million dollars, are you willing and do you have 100 million to go the distance? If you win you get 400 million( 5 minus 1 =4 ), great. If you loose you are out 100 million, not so great. Can you afford to loose 100 million?

And please consider two other things: you could get counter sued and you have to give up several years of your life while you are devoted to the legal proceedings.

Hey, all this is in the process with PTSC, TPL, HTC, ACER, DL, CM, and countless others. This is enough legal stuff for me for over 10 years and counting... all right all ready, enough enough!
