Yes, all of that information is completely gone from sight and will never be able to be seen again no matter what..... In the BOD's dreams!!! Not in today's world is any of what they did or wrote not available. And so what? If/When the stock and the company make each and everyone of the shareholders money then no one will give a hoot. On the other hand is all fails few will be willing to take the time or pay the expense to dig for poor accounting and management of the money already spent. It's an old game. Only those with principles, time and money will take the challenge. IMO, the BOD and others are betting on the odds that no one will challenge the history they have crafted. Brian do you know of any shareholder(s) that are up to the challenge, individually or even as a group?
