I wouldn't read too much into it.

I also wouldn't read anything much into PTSC's redesigned web areas; the old one was outdated and very tired. Besides, they don't do much over there and have plenty of time to do these superficial changes.

In the end, at this point, the website will not bring new investors or affect the stock price, it's just window dressing.
