Lecky is desperate and has been for some time, that is why he is giving away the licenses, he needs and wants to hoard/hide as much cash as possible as this comes down around him. Desperate people/companies get taken advantage of. Just ask any m&a attorney.

Lecky would rather put a dime in his pocket today than a dollar a year from now, that is how desperate people act even though I think he is hiding millions.
