One could reasonably surmise that today's stock price action, or relative lack thereof, is due to the fact that "this news" hasn't been released on the business wires. As a result, it is not generally known to the investing public.
If "this news" really is good, and I believe it is, there should be no reason for PTSC not to release a PR. There would be no need to "trumpet" success, because that would be premature --- however, something along the lines of "we are pleased that the ITC has granted review and remain confident in the MMP" would be both respectful and appreciative of the ITC, while simultaneously presenting a "positive" outlook for shareholders and potential investors.
Perhaps those shareholders who are still in contact with Mr. Flowers, if they agree with the above, might consider making this suggestion to him. If the Company itself doesn't think "this news " is "good enough" to announce in a PR, then IMO it isn't diffcult to understand why investors may not get very interested should they come across it.
As of the time of this post, the price is up, but volume isn't anything to get excited about. I hope the price increase holds, but volume drives price, not vice versa. Therefore, a PR might well assist in that endeavor.
