I'm not sure how my explicit statement that I could not match the links to our investigation is "total silence". It was a statement of fact, which, at that time, may or may not have been accurate --- I certainly would not accuse anyone of "fraud" after spending less than 5 minutes doing research. Subsequently, no further research on my part was necessary, because others showed that the original post was indeed inaccurate.

If you think something criminal has occurred, I suggest you hire a Canadian attorney to issue a subpoena to Agoracom in order to obtain the actual name and contact information of the member who made the post. Then, you can write to the SEC and demand an investigation.
