The ITC case is still mentioned on page 11 of the q10 form. Can anybody explain me why? Thought there had been some kind of settlement with Amazon?

Positive thing in my eyes are the mentioned damages of USD 42 Mio to be paid if they are guilty. And the USD 17 Mio prejudgment interest. Only for the kindle! But I think this information is not new!? I did only forget it ... :-)

By the way - what is meant by prejudgment interest?
