Thank you for your best post ever. People are asking how this can be done (removing TPL) or minimizing its influence. "It's simple business," as lamberts put it. Our BoD knows how. I have only two questions for the BoD
when will they do and WHY haven't they done it.
If all else fails, perhaps there is another way. Our BoD has been most intimately involved with the business practices of the Dan Leckrone for years. He has been sued by Patriot, Moore and Brown and accused of some very serious things. Do you think that collectively they (BoD/Brown/Moore) have enough information to contact a District Attorney to bring possible criminal charges against him?
In that same regard, do you think that Leckrone has information that could damage one or more of our directors and that is the hammer held over their heads that keeps them from doing anything?
Now is the time for Cliff, Carl and Gloria to stand united with shareholders and let us help them to help us.
