I'm certainly in full agreement. How many times over the last 7 years have we said that small settlements will not increase the stock price, and that something must be done about the way that the Leckrones were handling the situation?
Over the last several years, the only path to success for a rising share price has been a three-step process. First, we have needed a judgment of infringement, which, though provisional at the moment, we now have. Second, we need to bring in big bucks, which is the subject of your post. And third, the money brought in must be used to create shareholder value --- supposedly, we have at least an informal commitment from the BoD to pay dividends if Step 2 comes to fruition.
So, the only thing that seems to be lacking at the present time is Step 2 itself. I surely hope that the Company takes your advice this time around, because to do otherwise would seem to be a sure way to continue to snatch defeat from the jaws of the victory we have been so fortunate to recently obtain.
