One problem that I see is that we can't even trust DL enough to remain in the position that he is in at PDS. How do we remove him and get someone we can trust? It seems like you suggested Otteson for the 3rd position, but I can not imagine that he would have the time or the desire to have that position. Did someone at his firm, TPL, or our BoD suggest to you that that could happen? Seems to me like Hoge has been around/knows all of the history of this situation--I wonder if he could/ would if asked. The sad part of it is that it would probably have to be someone who DL appointed and we have seeen how he works.----Thanks for your post---I was glad to read some of Gloria's testimony. Makes me feel better, but even more aware that we need people overseeing the PDS who can not be manipulated. GL, ads
