Now is the time to do it right and get it right. Talking about out options and the BOD performance is imporant but change is a must and change right now is imparative. This is our one shot! We all believe we have a good chance at seeing some rewards but those who are making the decisions need to make the right ones, in the right way, at the right time. We made it this far now is not the time to except the staus quo.
