I hear ya but as stated in the prior post, it is probably a nonstarter. How would Leckrone's creditors feel about the full legal "truth" about the Apple lawsuit? More litigation? Alter ego could come into play where Leckrone himself might be liable for contractual MMP payments to Chet Brown et al. It will probably never happen.
