a. by their own admission, attorneys do not make business decisions. Brian and Ron made that abundantly clear on this board saying that they would be disbarred...that they cannot make decisions...that they can only advise

I believe that would very much depend on the releationship between the attorney and the business... and besides.. Brian is not an attorney.. he is a sharp businessman with an extremely keen knowledge of the law.. not to mention his astute knowledge of PTSC.
