The answer is a reasonable royalty, although there is some question as to what that means. I think if there is genuine fear on the side of the big companies then certainly dollar figures more reasonable from our side should be expected. In all seriousness, what is 10 million to these huge companies now that we have solid validity and a hardening infringment pillars to withstand any further challenges. 10 million for 2006 to 2013 unwillful infringement and 2013 to 2015 for possible wilful infrinement. That is reasonable and if we can get the ITC IMO that would be huge! It would be nice to see us start to outsource some of the legal responsibility to these huge legal companies to have them work for us for once!
