First of all, the BOD will never listen to biajj. Second this is our BOD your talking about and when have they ever put together a plan that would benefit the shareholders. I hate to be so negative about them but just because we won the trial with HTC doesn't mean they are going to change. They are only concerned with their next paycheck.

I hope I'm wrong about the above as it would be a shame to squander this opportunity that we have been handed by our great legal team.
