950k is the pee in the punch. I was hoping at least 5 million. Regardless we have the infringement part now we start the battle with both legions Validity on the left flank and infringement on the right flank.

Back to the USITC if there are any companies left. Next wave of of ITC launched. Rinse and repeat.
