I know it's not this simple, but if we turn things around a little bit; HTC is not the little underfunded company that filed for patents, was granted patents, defended their patents through USTPO, filed a lawsuit against big ol' TPL/PTSC, because they are making billions of dollars off the HTC patents..... Really, who is the infringer? HTC and a lot of other big companies. What is the jury hung up on?

If you look at the jury chart, there was many, many individual chips that had to be checked to see if they infinged on any one of what, 8-10 claims? This would take some time to be accurate.
