Along with that thinking and going back to the last time I served on a jury, the initial vote was 5-1, I was the one but the only one with experience on the subject (a boat). It didn't take me long to convince the other five.

For that reason I have trouble seeing a big stand-off on infringement/non-infringement. There is probably one or two who have a lot more experience or knowledge of the subject and they/he/she will meet little resistance.

Just a thought and I may be way out in left field on it, but I can't see infringement/non-infringement argument going on for hours.
