Tomorrow this case continue at 12:30PM. Judge indicated that at lease the power will be on in the court building.

Dr. O will be there during rebuttal by our lawyers. TPL's time left is estimated about 30 minutes.

Judge ironed out final jury instructions with both side. Will eigher email the final one to both sides or put it on pdf file for viewing.

Several posters asked for an update, so I'll not reply one by one. Just let board know we may need to wait a little longer for the verdict. Good thing we are pretty close to that moment now. Good luck everyone.
