You should also have made it clear to the forum that the US Patent Office has already sifted out all the information and revalidated the Patents 17 times....annnnddd is not accepting any more requests for rexamination....meaning that your post is moot.

I suspect that Judge Grewal, will take that into heavy consideration and not want to redo what the US Patent Office has done..... 17 TIMES!
