I would think it is a collaboration between Otteson and Alliacense. We hired VH Valuations to come up with a number. If Leckrone is doing side deals and nuisance value settlements we now have Otteson looking out for his share which helps PTSC because he will actually have some weight to throw around. Alliacense does the licensing but with Agility taking a percent of the licenses we now have that watcch dog that actually patrols and doesn't sleep on the porch all day while the yard is being burglarized.
