Same ole song and dance that pops up every other quarter.

Many "Bright Boys" on this forum where calling for the MA's to happen. Somehow the BOD was convincened by th "Brigtht Boys" that it would increase Share Value.

I would have rather have had them continue issuing divies than those MA moves.

Phol was part of the MA acquisiton.
