First, I am not a lawyer.

This seems to be a wish list on the part of the defendents to have the case ruled in their favor. Please note that they have prepared a list of issues for the jurors to vote. What should be noted is that, to my knowledge, is that there is no jury as the the trial has not yet begun and no jury has been selected.

It may provide some insight as to how the thiefing bastards, I beg your pardon, the defendents view their case. Lets all hope the they will be found to be liable for gross infringement and, accordingly, suffer the severest consequences under the law.
