This may be good news for PTSC !
The ITC will not want to look as if they are swayed by political pressure..... at least I hope they are not.
The ITC probably does not and should not like anybody including the President of the USA getting involved in their mandated business for whatever reason and thus overturning their decision's.
Hopefully the ITC cannot be bullied or coerced and will look at our case and decide based on the facts, of course and our strong case, of course to approve our case and all cases such as ours and thus dare the President to use his veto power to overturn their decisions.
Overturning our case and others on his part would on his part make a shambles of our laws which protect the patents of US companies and yes those of foreign companies such as Samsung in the Apple case.
By using the logic that consumers may be hurt if the Apple (insert PTSC if our case is successful) case was allowed to stand then one would have to wonder no matter how strong regarding infringement might be when one consders all the consumer goods that are now outsourced and mfg'd overseas and thus how American consumers would be effected.
This early on a Sunday morning I just may be looking at a glass more then half full.
