Judge Gildeas Initial determination is supposed to be latest in beginning of september.

worst case:

we hear nothing from the court, attorneys or the bod until Judge Gildeas final determination,

but:

+ how about the lift of the t2 case in september and the impact from the itc,

+ new licenses in the meantime ( at 2006 "first" movers rates, like HP, Fuijtu etc.)

+ tpl chapter eleven situation

+ leckrone/brown issue

+ share grabbing scenario

+ bod buys shares

+ anyone?
