I've read all of the executive and suggested legislative reform items announced by the White House and it does not look like any of them will affect us. We already have the patent and they want to make it harder for patents to be granted. The White House wants the ITC to adopt a Federal court litigation construct for damages instead of injunctions. There will be plenty of teeth in the system for TPL/PTSC to use if we are successful over the next ~80 days. We are too far down the path for the majority of these executive orders and legislative proposals to have any impact on us. Keep in mind the legislative efforts have to go through Congress...lol. We're talking years and the executive orders are minimal changes.
