They did that on the first day they were eligible.....(Was time a critical factor?)...

Does that give us a hint as to when some Dividends might/will be forthcoming??--Maybe--.

It certainly is a POSITIVE sign to my thinking...IMO

They are always ahead of us in knowing insider info..IMO...
