I'm having a tough time reconcilling the exhaustive USPTO reexaminations that strengthened the MMP and the last minute doubts of validity/infringement we are starting to see. Why now?? Predictable FUD given we are on the 1 yardline or legitiment concern?

I'm betting on Moore, Fish, Agility IP Law, the USPTO, Judge Ward, Judge Ware, Judge Grewal, Intel's IP lawyers and engineer's, AMD's lawyers and engineer's, and the 100+ other legal and engineering teams that made the decision to buy an MMP license.
