Ghost, I do see your accurate post, so my apologies for missing that, and I do believe I understand what your guys' angle is regarding varying together, etc.

Although I think it comes down to PLL based systems and non PLL based systems, which Leckrone stated back in 2007 after the original Texas Markman. Another poster was friendly enough to send it to me via PM per my request on the board from my post last night.
