The question of hours dedicated by each was answered in last year's meeting. Gloria and Carl - on average they dedicate 20-25 hours/week, on call 24/7.

As far as the difficulty/time required for the interim CEO job, imagine having to deal with the Leckrones (historically adversarial partners), on top of "normal business"!

And yes, per agreements between PTSC and TPL/Alliacense (the settlement), there are frequent status update meetings that are actually occurring more frequently than agreed. Much more info is being shared (and questioned) than in the past, but still not to the level of detail desired (forecasts). Also per those agreements of about a year and a half ago, PTSC is also far more engaged in the "day-to-day" of the licensing and litigation activity.
