agree, thats what i was pointing to, settlement hust have had some basis to be sure that moneys will come in, so, yes the pps is still on the "worried sentiment level" but latest when facts are pr´d. this will change. dramatically..... so shorties watch out....!

hmmm, after years i do like this emotion about comming events.....!
