As part of the agreement, GreenArrays has received a license from PDS to implement MMP Portfolio™ technology in its products and systems.

Seems to me that the MMP is needed in the new chip technology as well. This is a good day!! Leckrone could not settle would not settle if the cash is not in hand or forthcoming. If you read between the lines I think we are on the verge of our moment in the sun and maybe that long forcasted tsunami.
