The acts for which we are pursuing damages from,,INFRINGERS,, either have occured or are presently occuring,OR both..

Any impact on our ongoing efforts to seek redress,will only pertain to future acts,which will certainly NOT affect our cause of action, in time to stop us from Licensing those who are presently, engaged in misappropriation of our patents.

Furthermore any avoidance of paying us would require these infringers to first obtain a License to the GreenArray system,and then an upgrade to that technology,,

Leckrone, now has a clear path to half of all revenue from the Licensure efforts..

One GOOD haul will bring him current with Browne...
