My guess is, PTSC will make its announcement about the shareholder meeting this week if not today .I have suspected for a while that settlement talks between Moore and TPL was the reason that PTSC hasn't set the date for the annual shareholder meeting. I was pretty much convinced of this when I read on the court website of a partial dismissal and reported it ihere.. Good luck to all of us. Watch out infringers ....here they come united.
