The Company can invent an infinite number of purported "reasons" for not issuing a PR. I'm simply saying there is no logical reason to refrain.

Remember, the Company issued a PR almost immediately after the Markman ruling from Judge Ware back during the summer, and that ruling was obviously incomplete. So, are we to believe that, with this ruling now indeed complete, and apparently favorable to PTSC, there is some kind of prohibiition to another PR being issued? Doesn't make any sense to me, but perhaps someone can give me further input.

And as to Leckrone, it seems most folks believe he is no longer in the driver's seat on the issuance of PRs for PTSC. I certainly hope so, but even if he is, I still can't see a logical reason for withholding a PR on the NDCA Markman ruling.
