I believe there has to be 40 calendar days notice so about 6 weeks. Anyone know for sure?

Maybe they are waiting to nudge it into early March, just after the end of the 3rd quarter. Or maybe they are busy pulling in licenses from licensees who wanted to wait past the end of Calendar 2012 for accounting purposes.

It does seem discourteous that they wouldn't even use the email list for Investors to alert us to a delay which is already a month later the last year.
