With the info in this last Pacer of which Ron just posted his opinion (thanks Ron), I would not be surprised to see a MSJ filed by TPL in the semi near future... which would be tatamount to moving the trial up.. and thus potentially clearing the schedule for the ITC this summer... Need to see Judge Grewals final long ruling...
